In-Home Personal Training and Fitness Consulting

(Medford, OR area only)

Whether you need only a single consultation to help choose the best equipment to get you to your goals and have specific training and nutrition questions answered, or you need more extensive help including supplement & equipment recommendations, nutrition advice, program design, and someone to help push you through all of your workouts and motivate you, this will fit your needs.  I can even bring all the equipment we'll need for a great workout.

In-Home Training Sessions

$50 / session

Regularly scheduled workouts with a trainer will hold you accountable to your exercise and nutrition plan, accelerate your progress and ensure that you are exercising with proper form and intensity.   Contact me for more details.

1 Hour Consultation

$50 / hr.

If you aren't in need of a formal program, and just need about an hour of my time to answer specific training and nutrition questions, and receive my professional recommendations, then this service is for you.  I can check your body fat percentage, fine tune your program to help you break through those sticking points, answer questions about training, nutrition, and supplementation, or help with home-gym design and equipment selection.  Contact me for details.

Small Groups

Discounts are available for small groups of 2 - 4 people.

Online Personal Training and Fitness Consulting

My goal when training and consulting clients online is to make the experience as close to a face-to-face, one-on-one encounter as possible.  Before taking you on as a client, I like to exchange emails (or IMs) and get to know a little about you.  After this, I will have you fill out the necessary Health History, Lifestyle, and any other appropriate documents.  We will keep in contact via email or various instant messenger services.

4 Week Program

$100 / 4 weeks

You will receive a customized 4 week workout program based on your level of fitness, goals, experience, availability of equipment, time constraints, lifestyle, etc.  Nutritional guidance and supplement recommendations will be made to complement the program and ensure the fastest and safest results.  Weekly email or instant messenger follow-ups are included to monitor your progress, offer encouragement, and help hold you accountable.

1 Hour Consultation

$50 / hr.
