Don’t Ignore Pain and Soreness  Whenever an exercise causes pain, PAY ATTENTION!!!  Your response to pain can be the difference between a temporary annoyance, and a serious injury.

The Perfect Exercise  We’ve all seen the commercials for those machines that claim to give you a full body workout in 10 minutes.  Well, don’t waste your money! And, some of you more hard-core trainees may think that deadlifts or power cleans are the perfect full body workout, but I say bull puckey!

Abs  When it comes to working your abs, we need to start with a few myths and truths. First, you can’t spot reduce!

Free Weights vs. Machines  People are always asking which is better, free weights or machines.  Some think that machines are better for losing bodyfat, and free weights are better for putting on muscle.  The truth of the matter is that there's advantages and disadvantages to both.
