The High Cost of Healthcare  It seems like everyone complains that healthcare is too expensive, but they do everything in their power to plant themselves firmly in the middle of the same system that they complain so much about.

Weight Loss or Fat Loss?  When it comes to weight loss, the scale isn’t telling you the whole story.  The scale is an important tool in tracking progress, as is a measuring tape, but they don’t tell you how much of your loss is fat and how much is muscle. 

You Can't Outrun Bad Nutrition  I hear it all the time, "You can eat anything you want......."

Free Weights vs. Machines  People are always asking which is better, free weights or machines.  Some think that machines are better for losing bodyfat, and free weights are better for putting on muscle.  The truth of the matter is that there's advantages and disadvantages to both.
